The warmth from the fireplace in the bar area was perfect after a chilly winter stroll along the beach. Richard's attentive service on Christmas Day truly made our holiday special.

The view from the sea-facing room captures stunning sunsets. The spacious common areas, including the staircase, have a classic charm that adds character to the experience.
Noise from nearby clubs made it tough to get any sleep, especially on Friday and Saturday nights. The carpet in the halls looked worn, and the furniture in the room bore scratches and stains, giving a less-than-fresh impression. The air vent in the bathroom could use some detailing, and the room lighting felt dim, lacking brightness where it matters most. I was also surprised at the shower's water temperature, which didn't offer the refreshing cooldown expected on warm days.

great location but breakfast could improve
The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. They quickly moved us to a quieter sea view room, which enhanced our stay significantly.
The breakfast setup was a bit inconvenient as vegetarian sausages were not easily accessible.

would like to come again
The double room with sea view had a flat-screen TV and an electric kettle. It was spacious, with a wardrobe and a seating area. The comfy bed helped me sleep well. Breakfast was nice, with freshly baked options. The gym was a great bonus. Staff were friendly and responsive, making check-in easy.

View and vibe were top-notch!
Had a blast staying here! The view from my room was absolutely killer, and the staff were super friendly, always ready to help. Breakfast was a highlight, lovely food with a nice outlook. Only bummer was that the bar service took forever, felt like I was playing hide and seek with the servers. Still, a solid experience overall.

The breakfast buffet was a total win! With so many options, you won't leave hungry. Plus, there’s a cozy bar area to chill out after a day of exploring. And how can I forget the prime seaside location and easy access to fab local eateries like Bistro du Vin and The Walrus!
Drinks were on point, but the breakfast could use some love. You pay upfront, which I ain't keen on, and getting a coffee felt like waiting for a bus that never arrives.

Had an awesome time with friends! We hit up the rides at the Palace Pier and couldn’t get enough of the fun. The hotel was really well located, super handy for exploring. Rooms were comfy and clean. The breakfast was a solid way to start the day. Definitely recommend a stay here.
The only downside was that the lift was out during our stay, which made it tough for one friend who had mobility issues. We had to take the stairs to the 4th floor, so I’d suggest checking lift availability if you have similar concerns.

I loved basking in the fine sea views from my room-there's nothing like waking up to the sound of waves! The traditional English breakfast was a delight, with fresh ingredients that fueled my adventures. Plus, the live entertainment on Sundays added a jolt of fun and energy to my evenings!
Totally recommend! 🥰🏖️

Had a great time with friends! We loved going to the Palace Pier and checking out the rides like the Wild River and Crazy Mouse. The staff was friendly, and the location is perfect for beach fun. Just remember to ask for a quiet room if noise bothers you.
The breakfast options were quite limited and not very appetizing. It took a while to get what I ordered, which was disappointing.

The stay was quite enjoyable, particularly due to the beautiful sea view from our room. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the main attractions, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were very caring and attentive, particularly at the bar, where we enjoyed relaxing after a long day. However, the dining experience could be improved as we encountered some issues with the breakfast selection and service.

The beachfront location was fantastic for our family. We loved spending time at Brighton Palace Pier, where the kids enjoyed rides like the Crazy Mouse! The room was spacious, and the staff were friendly, making our stay very enjoyable.
In my wife’s opinion, better soundproofing would be great for families with children.

Had a great time with friends! We visited the Palace Pier and loved the Wild River ride. The hotel had comfy beds and a chill lounge area to relax after a fun day. The breakfast was also quite good.
One downside was the room we got initially, which smelled of mould. After voicing our concerns, we were moved to a better room but had to pay extra. Not ideal customer service.
